Sausage Making Class
Learn how sausage is made from start to finish in this hands-on class led by expert butchers. Perfect for ages 14+, you’ll leave with fresh handmade pork sausages and the confidence to make them at home.
Whole Hog Class
Get hands-on with pork from nose to tail as expert butchers guide you through breaking down a whole side of pork into primals and retail cuts. Leave with new skills, deeper culinary knowledge, and 10 lbs of fresh pork to cook and enjoy at home.
Charcuterie Class
Learn the fundamentals of charcuterie as our expert butchers guide you through curing pork belly for bacon, crafting summer sausage, and preparing a curing brine for a slow-smoked ham.

Refund Policy
We understand life happens and that you may need to reschedule your class date. We allow a class to be transferred ONCE to another available class date. Unfortunately, we have a NO REFUND policy once a class is purchased.
